A blessing in disguise. If you need help picking a better food there are lots of really food smart cat people here and I am sure they could help you find a much better substitute. Just ask you will get great suggestions I personally cannot help I am a dog person. But my rule of thumb is if your vet or a grocery store sells it forget about it, it will not be high quality and what you pay for Iams you can get something better for the same money.
