If hybrids bred to hybrids are not hybrids, what are they?
If there is no breed type established, they are not breeds...and it takes many generations to set the breed type. Until you've undergone the genetic bottleneck and established a 'breed type'. and the generations 'breed true' to that 'type', there is no 'breed'. So hybrids bred to hybrids, at least for the first many generations, are not pure-breds...which makes them hybrids.
I'm not sure that I'm following your argument...
