How old is your dog, lynsaymark? Has it been vaccinated previously?
I don't know what the rules are in Ontario, but I hope someone can weigh in on the issue and set your mind at ease. Here, as long as your dog hasn't bitten anyone, they'd just revaccinate and make you license the dog.
