It's crazy what some "kennels" allow themselves to do. Whether it was intentional or not I have no idea, but I tend to agree with raingirl, get professional legal help if you want to have a chance of getting repair. It may never help you get your dog back to normal, but if there is negligence on the part of the kennel, you may at least have the satisfaction of closing them down so nothing like this can happen to another dog!
