Not if you own a Pit Bull! All "Pit Bull types" need to be on leash and muzzled inside city limits including dog parks. I'm not even allowed to walk my dog down the street without a muzzle!!!! It's so sad to see unhappy Pitties walking along with their owners with muzzles on too...
