Well I guess no one else had experience with this either!!
I thought I should write back with an update just in case anyone else happened upon this thread hoping to find information. We did end up trying the antibiotic. It was a 10 day course of Azithromycin (not sure what the dosage was, I had to give her half a pill for 10 days). Cost was about $25.
The day after the antibiotics were finished the warts started to shrink. Over the next few days they pretty much disappeared. I know that the warts go away on their own over time anyway, so I am not 100% sure if it was time or the medication? However, she had about 20 warts (some were pretty big!)and we're pretty pleased they went away so quickly (i'd read that they can take up to 5 months to go away on their own).
