Today was a bit better day, still sad but didn't cry as much...I think I'm outta tears
. I've cried so much the past few days I think I may have dehydrated myself! lol.
Knowing there are people that can relate to the seemingly never ending heart ache I feel for animals in distress etc, certainly helps.
I've decided to go see a psychologist (sp?), to discuss if there is anything I can do to deal with this. I need to learn some coping skills to manage this I think.
It certainly can't hurt to talk to someone
