I spoke to the vet and she does not want to try the pepcid AC
she is concerned with the build up effects in the body, since the
kidneys have to process it. She also said that stomach acid would not
create mouth ulcers, but the higher urea levels will.
We are trying traumeel in each water dish for inflamation and will see if that works. I should not have stopped the probiotics. I started again yesterday and only missed 2days. Yesterday was a really rough day for her, but today seems to be much better. We are going to get some herbs from the vet on Friday that should help with stomach and digestive issues, including constipation.
I'll let you know what they are when I get them.
