yes and then she refuses to eat it. i have soaked kibble in water and drained it. nope won't eat it. i am now taking bread and putting it in a ziplock baggie with the kibble to see if the bread will soften the kibble (like what you do with hard cookies). It's worth a shot.
I also took her kibble and chopped it with a food processor. she eats the equivalent of 4 pieces of kibble. not enough to say she is eating.
