Are there other meats she will try, like chicken or lamb or beef? What about plain meat baby food? Does she have any favourite treats you can tempt her with? When my cat has been inappetant in the past, sometimes the only thing he'd eat was Wysong cat treats and yogurt.
If you can get to a pet food store (a higher end one, not the big-box stores), ask for a sample bag of Innova EVO dry food. Most cats go ga-ga for it, and it's very calorie dense.
