ok, so i got really curious as to see what training a hearing impaired dog compaired to a dog that has good hearing would be like. Its fairly similar....and they dog mention a vibrating collar, like you did.. i ahve a link if you want to check that out. I just thought it offered good info and it did use positive reinforcement.
