What a terrible tragedy. I have never thought to be concerned about mushrooms so thank you for posting as I'm sure it will bring awareness to so many.
I just wanted to ask if you have a major university near you with a mycologist. Perhaps you could take one of these mushrooms in for identification. If not, is there anyone online that would accept one via mail? When I did a search for mycologist ontario up came the mycological society of Toronto
