Glad to hear she's doing well. Just make sure that even though she's on the feeding tube, you give her access to food in her bowl, too...because you eventually do have to get her eating on her own...

You should try playing around with the type a little more! Have you tried left-justifying it rather than having it centred? Maybe try different typefaces,...

I forgot about Cake Boss! Love that one, even though some of the scenarios are so obviously staged. Have you seen Ace of Cakes? It's very similar but I find the "characters" much more likeable.
