Buckwheat flour
Does anyone use Buckwheat flour in recipes for dog treats? I have some, and hubby likes pancakes made with buckwheat, but I can't stand it. Buckwheat kernels taste sort of nut-like.

Found a couple of recipes on a website that call for buckwheat flour as an ingredient.

Curious to see if anyone has used it, and how did the dog like it?

What recipe do you use?

I made some today... in the oven as I type. hehe

Mixed some boiled Brook Trout with some sardines packed in water, enough buckwheat to hold it together. Smells real fishy. Will see how they like it.

Best I use buckwheat for, is crepes, filled with something savoury and sometimes toppped with an egg. Yummy and healthy!
