Lili's sister, Colbi; their 3/4 sister, Loon; and some old friends from Minnesota came for a visit in October. Lili took a while to warm up to them, but once she loosened up, everyone had fun.

Colbi was very protective of puppy Loon, but she allowed Loon and Lili to play under strict supervision. :D You can see Colbi here, watching, at the top of the picture:

Soon, though, Lili and Colbi came to an understanding about Loon. They'd share playing rights :D:

That way, Colbi could play with the puppy, too:

Hazel Run Grace watched all the action from the sidelines:

I think it's a very good thing that Loon was spoken for, because otherwise we'd be, once again, in serious puppy jeopardy! hubby was totally smitten:

But what's not to love about that face? :lovestruck:

:D Thanks, Winston!

And yes, if Loon hadn't been spoken for, I think hubby would have just snapped her right up!

Must have missed these family reunion pictures..........they look great. :goodvibes:

I think if I had Loon in my arms I'd be smitten too same as your hubby. Great looking puppy. :lovestruck:

By the way, how is Grace?

There's a thread with just Loon and Lili pics, too. Lili wasn't quite sure what to do with a puppy, but Loon had a blast! (http://www.pets.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=88811)

Grace is doing better than I would have expected. She still wakes up bright and cheerful and ready to do her running and agility and obedience every morning, and is still up for taking a walk whenever it's offered.

The lymphoma isn't spreading very quickly, but I can see that her patch is slowly getting bigger. And she's losing a little pep. :( But she has a good appetite and pees and poops right on schedule. :thumbs up Still hasn't progressed to the point where we might consider steroids or other meds. So not too bad for a dog that's had lymphoma for more than 6 months...

She turned 14 last Friday, so I'll be posting Pawty pics as soon as our connection improves! :D
