Why won't my dog stop
 

So my dog has always sniffed my ears here and there in the past but now I just got them guages to a zero and he won't leave them alone. Constantly he is trying to sniff and lick my ears. Also now he refuses to leave my side, everywhere I go he follows me if I sit down he tries to sit on top of me (and it really hurts bc he's a 150lbs Cane Corso lol). I try to push him away when it gets too annoying but he refuses to leave and he's really hard to push anyway bc of all his muscle I have to shove him just to get his first foot to move. So I don't know what to do...
