FLUTD, Cat still having trouble peeing after Vet Visit..

Hello Guys,

So unfortunately my little guy who's 6 years of age now has FLUTD. I took him to the hospital in to get checked and treated.

Is it normal that he's still having trouble peeing? Does the treatment take time? I plan on calling tomorrow. They are closed as it's 10:40PM..

They had the following done:

Exam - Routine
Urinalysis - In Clinic
Metacam Injection
Convenia Injection Feline
Fluid Therapy Sub Q
They gave me a specific wet food only diet which he is eating of course. But I believe he's still having trouble peeing as he goes to the litter a few times just waiting for something..

Is this normal? I guess I should've asked If he would still have trouble peeing.. Any feedback would be helpful, I plan on calling tomorrow morning.. I just came from the hospital few hours ago..

Is your cat feeling better now? It does take time for these meds to work 24 - 36 hours usually.
