Liver Loaf!
1 package of chicken livers or sliced beef liver, about 1 pound, put in blender/food processor and whirl it up.
add 3 eggs, shells and all! add enough flour ( any type you prefer) to thicken up the blend. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 250 until done. cool, remove from pan, and cut into squares. they keep well in the freezer for later use too! |
